To set the scene, I am relatively new to the area and have been a customer of another car manufacturer for around 15 years. The whole range was explained to me, no question was too much trouble, no pushy sales pitch, and a very good deal offered, I am now the owner of a new Suzuki Swift and hoping for many miles of trouble free motoring knowing I have the backing of a local dealership. Old fashioned customer service from a family business, well done to all at Horderns.
